Stand for looms S, M, L & XL

I developed this beech wood stand for all loom sizes.
A stand makes it much more comfortable for your neck and back when you're weaving.
The stand for loom XXL is listed separately as it is too big for an envelope and requires a box to be shipped in (= higher shipping cost).

Each stand is made by hand and consists of 2 beech wooden sticks that you connect to your loom by drilling little holes on both sides of your loom.

This listing contains a stand with two sets of bolts and nuts and 2 pieces of cotton yarn to connect it to the frame. A brief instruction of how to drill the little holes and attach the stand, will be included.

Payment is required upon checkout.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after ordering.

Shipping from Belgium

Small items will be shipped in an envelope without Track & Trace.
Prices start from €7,-. Track & Trace available upon request at an additional charge.

Deliveries:

Delivery to Belgium and The Netherlands: allow 1-2 business days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.

Delivery to Europe: allow 2-10 days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.

Delivery to the rest of the world: allow 4-15 days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.

We provide a tracking number for almost all packages. In case there is a tracking number available, you will find it in your shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for delays during shipment and customs declaration.

Customs & Import duties:

All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged during shipping we will re-place these parts at no charge.

A parcel is considered to be lost when it did not arrive after 3 months, starting from the day of shipment. In that unlikely case, the recipient will receive a full refund with a maximum of €100,-.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and tracking of the parcel after it is shipped.

When you choose "Insured shipping", you will receive a full refund of your purchase total (no maximum) in case it gets lost. For this shipping method, the parcel is considered to be lost after 8 weeks (starting from the day of shipment).

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days after delivery. The item must be in unused condition. Shipping costs for returning the goods are for your own expense.

Additional

If you want to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible and within 24 hours after ordering.
