Fūnem Studio is founded in 2015 by Fashion & Textiles Designer Jantine van Peski to share her love for textiles, craftsmanship and her current passion for weaving in particular. All our supplies are handpicked or handmade and tested in our atelier.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after ordering.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Small items will be shipped in an envelope without Track & Trace.
Prices start from €7,-. Track & Trace available upon request at an additional charge.
Delivery to Belgium and The Netherlands: allow 1-2 business days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.
Delivery to Europe: allow 2-10 days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.
Delivery to the rest of the world: allow 4-15 days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.
We provide a tracking number for almost all packages. In case there is a tracking number available, you will find it in your shipping confirmation email.
We are not responsible for delays during shipment and customs declaration.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives visibly damaged on the outside - you need to have this noted by the mailman at the moment of the delivery and send us the prove/pictures. In case the item(s) are damaged but you found out only by opening the parcel, you need to send us clear pictures of the box and damaged items WITHIN 3 DAYS after receiving it. We can only fill a claim at the Postal Service and replace broken parts if above guidelines are followed.
A parcel is considered to be lost when it did not arrive after 3 months, starting from the day of shipment. In that unlikely case, the recipient will receive a full refund with a maximum of €100,-.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and tracking of the parcel after it is shipped.
When you choose "Insured shipping", you will receive a full refund of your purchase total (no maximum) in case it gets lost. For this shipping method, the parcel is considered to be lost after 8 weeks (starting from the day of shipment).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days after delivery. The item must be in unused condition. Shipping costs for returning the goods are for your own expense.
