The choice of warp thread should be carefully considered as it forms the foundation of your piece and the structure on which you will weave.
The thread should be strong and smooth and able to withstand the friction and stretching created by the weaving action.
This cotton thread has been developed by us at a local spinner here in Belgium with the rigours of weaving in mind. It has been hard twisted for strength and durability and the natural smoothness of cotton ensures the weft will move smoothly across the warp.
Available in 4 cone sizes:
- Small: approx. 50 grams / 1,76 oz
- Medium: approx. 100 grams / 3,52 oz
- Large: approx. 250 grams / 8.82 oz
- XL: approx. 500 grams / 17,64 oz
Loop length is approx. 350 meters per 100 grams.
On the last photo you can compare our cotton warp (left) and linen warp (right). The cotton warp fits 13 threads per cm while the linen warp is slightly thicker and fits 9 threads per cm.

⏳ Combien de temps prend l'expédition ?
La plupart des commandes en Europe arrivent en 3 à 5 jours ouvrables, tandis qu'à l'international, cela peut prendre un peu plus de temps (4 à 6).

Nous avons tout ce qu'il vous faut ! Chaque kit comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin : un métier à tisser (en option), un mélange de fibres soigneusement sélectionné, les outils indispensables et un patron numérique pour vous guide pas à pas.

Absolument ! Nous proposons de nombreux kits adaptés aux débutants et nous vous guidons étape par étape. Laissez-vous tenter, vous seriez surpris de voir à quel point c'est facile et amusant !
