Though not the first loom I’ve purchased, this is the first loom I actually used. I haven’t mastered every thing about weaving but after a few false starts I am starting to get it. The first kit was too advanced but I still used the supplies to do basic weaving techniques. I also bought the coaster kit as my next project. The loom is perfectly crafted and putting it together was a cinch.

I am in love with this loom. Materials and craftsmanship are great so it will last. The bar creates a shed to allow for quick and easy weaving. I do not have the issues maintaining warp tension that I have had with others.
The loom assembled easily. I was able to assemble the loom and start adding the thread for a basic set up. Customer Service response is prompt when I emailed a question.

I wanted a low-cost way to start weaving and had a sock with holes in it, so this seemed to be a good solution for me—and it was! Easy to use with the help of a short video, and after a few tentative rows I had a wonderful time darning my striped sock. It’s not perfect, but I can’t wait to try another project! I’m hooked.

Really enjoy this kit from Fūnem. The convenience of having the kit come with everything you need really helped me get a jump start into this new hobby and I already am thinking about more projects to get into down the road! Would definitely recommend this kit for beginners, as after only three small projects I'm beginning to feel more confident and comfortable with the process. It is an excellent loom for both beginners and advanced weavers. I wanted this loom to take it with me on trips to demonstrate weaving and to get other people excited in the weaving art. Last weekend I took it on a retreat and had people actually weaving on it within minutes. Don't be fooled by the size of the length as it can be as long as needed. Excellent product!
