This loom kit is super cool and really easy to put together. I’m very excited to start making my very own tea towels! Everything says this kit comes with 6 skeins of yarn but mine only came with three. That may have been a personal mix up on my part, I’m not really sure. Double check your order!

Sorry for any confusion, but actually you did receive everything you need: since you purchased the cotton version, the amount of yarn needed is one skein per color, instead of the two skeins of the recycled denim mentioned in the pattern (which skeins are smaller)
I am really enjoying beginning my weaving journey and this large loom has been very nice to learn on.
I recieved the loom and only got 3 skiens of thread, when the package said I should've received 6 (2 of each of 3 colors).

Super easy to assemble and is made of quality wood.
Pretty easy to assemble, got a little confused, but checked diagram again & all was good. Now to find a tutorial on setting up to weave.
I have a few looms and this one is by far my favorite. None of my similarly sized looms are able to be disassembled which makes this loom so much more versatile in many ways. The ability to make longer pieces easily without manually joining them is something I didn't even know I needed. Also, this is my only loom with a heddle making weaving faster. I don't use patterns and am not new to weaving but I did watch all of the videos and though that they were excellent for beginners but that experienced weavers might pick up a few tips and tricks too. I bought the kit because I was curious about the yarn and buying a kit was only slightly more than just a loom. It was worth it. I prefer a tight weave and there in not enough yarn for two towels using my preferred method however, I knew there would not be and I am 100% okay with that. I sat on the fence for weeks about making this purchase because, did I really need another loom? The answer is a resounding yes! I'm so happy I made this purchase.

I wanted to learn how to weave. I am an absolute beginner with a number of hand problems and thought this might be something I could do.After much research on how to get started I arrived at this kit. It was certainly the right choice. The loom is simple but well crafted. The instructional videos for the loom and the videos for the tea towel kit explained what I needed to know very clearly, once I found them all. The videos for the loom stop when get you to the point where the loom is setup. I later found the links for the tea towel sample. They show , in great detail howto actually weave something. It would have been helpful to have a pointer to those links in the medium loom materials, or the other starter kits. I will have to spend some time learning what I need to do, in the light of my hand problems. The issue are stiffness, neuropathy, arthritis. I don't think that I could find a better starter kit than this. It's big plusses are ease of assembly and very well crafted parts.
I ordered the kit on line from Funem. It came in perfect shape and earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this kit for a place to start and Funem as a good company to purchase from.

The XLarge loom kit is wonderful. Easy to set up and use. Very sturdy. I wish the shed opened up just a little bit more, but I love the loom. Looking forward to a long Minnesota winter!

My loom is made of beautiful wood. It arrived shortly after I ordered. The assembly instructions were clear and it took me 15 minutes to put it together. I will order the cotton weaving yarns to make tea towels next. I can’t wait to start weaving!!

I received the large weaving loom including the heddle bar, comb and I purchased additional yarn to begin weaving. I LOVE the loom and am slowly learning how to create woven items. I highly recommend your product. It is sturdy and very well made.
