Kit came with everything needed. Loom is great quality
This is my 4th loom purchased from Funem Studio. The quality is amazing! Can't wait to get started on my dish towels:) Also ordered the #WIP bag for my yarn and I love it. Highly recommend anything purchased with this company.
I made one dishcloth so far. Working on the second one now. The first one was washed, and I am using it now. It didn't fall apart, so I guess I did okay.
Can't wait to start weaving! I bought the extra large loom to make the larger Tea towels. I live in Canada and my purchase arrived very fast. So far very happy.
Seems great so far!
I really like how easy it was to put together. Have just started and lots to learn, but it's working well so far.
I have been wanting to learn to weave. This kit was great for a beginner. The videos really helped and let me get started right away
The video instructions were very easy to follow. My first towel is turning out pretty good!
The item looks great. Haven’t started yet. And thank you for sending instructions. I’m going to read it a few times so I start out right.
Thanks again. ☺️
Came on time as ordered. Wool is of excellent quality and colour is true
Loom was easy to put together. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Yarn was soft and beautiful. Can’t wait to finish towel and make more.
Just what I wanted. And when there was damage from shipping, the company replaced what was injured without a hassle and to my satisfaction.
I am just starting to learn how to weave and the frame loom I bought is easy to use.
The kit is great. I had concerns about the number of skeins but I reached out to the team and they promptly replied with the information I needed. I’ve started and it seems great. It all feels to be very high quality.
I have always wanted to learn to weave. Loom is very eady to use and a great quality. I was weaving after watching a coupke shirt videos. I am very pleased.
I am so excited!! I ordered the xlg loom. I had a med. one in grammar school, but gave it away about 10 years ago. I retired and am bored. I saw on Facebook we should pick up hobbies of our youth. I have been considering doing so with the floor loom I inherited, but it overwhelms me. I can’t wait to learn again on the new portable loom. So many ideas running thru my brain.
I return the item since I ordered the wrong item. I send several email to request return instructions with NO response. So put the order number inside the box and sent it back. I only am hoping I will get my money refunded, since I have not received confirmation that the return was received.
Your prepaid return label was sent to you the very next day after your request. Please check your spam/promotions folders. The tracking number for the returned parcel we generated was 943465010615110975xxx (edited for privacy)
Easy to assemble. I am so excited to learn to weave. First up I will be making tea towels. If I start now (early August), I hope to have tea towels ready as Christmas gifts for family and friends. Weaving is a craft that’s been on my bucket list and is now going to become yet another craft skill for me. The colors are endless in my mind. And there is nothing as personal as a handmade gift made with love and intention to be treasured. Cotton. Linen. Hemp. Those are the natural fibers I will work with. So let’s begin….
I am a beginner with larger looms, but I have been experimenting with pin looms and potholder looms for years!!!
I am looking forward to making larger and longer pieces that are practical and beautiful!!
I have found funem videos that have been really helpful with warping technique!
Thanks!!!!
need to get accessories to make the project - otherwise loom itself is not large enough.
tutorials could be a lot more detailed. i had a hard time figuring out the tension etc needed to make something that wasn't falling apart.
Our medium size loom warping area is 39x26cm, and each Mocha towels is only 33x23cm, therefore you should not have any issue.
This kit has been sold to many customers, with the Medium size loom included, and no such comments have been received.
Metal clamps are optional and only required if you want to make longer projects than the warping area allowed by your loom.
