Great, environmental friendly product packaging and very good product quality
The Product packaging seemed very environmentally friendly, very little plastic, and what seemed like recycled paper packaging. I ordered the small loom, warping yarn, wool nepps and tools for the loom and am happy with what I got. I will wax seal the loom and the tools to make sure they do not dry out and crack, as they come natural without a finish. That however, is absolutely fine for the price and to be expected.

Fantastic product and the description matches what is sent. Fast delivery with great tracking through Fedex. I haven't started using yet (and I'm a beginner) but have followed the instructions to assemble the loom and looking forward to get going. I purchased the medium loom and once I get the hang of it will look to buy the Large and XLarge so I can mix and match the sizes.

I ordered a small loom weaving kit as a starter project for our grown up daughter. Thank you for excellent customer service in response to a query. As a spinner and weaver myself, I love the selection of fibres in the kit which was well packaged. Delivery took longer than expected, but that was the weather and it arrived safe and sound a couple of days late. Looking forward to visitng the website again very soon.
